FRAMES...Our frames are engineered and manufactured here in Ballarat, built with quality Australian Blue Scope Steel.
DOORS/WINDOWS... Aluminium framed doors and windows are custom built with double glazed glass, beautifully designed and that comply to the highest Australian building codes.
COLORBOND CLADDING...We clad our Portable Homes in colorbond cladding which not only makes your new portable look fantastic and totally modern but it is also sustainable, thermal efficient and easy to maintain..

FLOORING... 8 different colour flooring planks to choose from, that precisely replicate the tones and textures of various European Oaks and Australian native gums, the 5mm luxury vinyl planks are the next level in timber look flooring that's long lasting and versatile.
FINISHING TOUCHES...Our Portable Homes / Granny Flats also come with reverse cycle air-conditioning, carpet, hot water service, down lights, TV point, power points indoor and outdoor, outside light and floor, wall and roof insulation.
We are also open to looking at any changes and upgrades that you may wish to do for example you may want ceiling fans, a dishwasher, security system, upgraded kitchen or bathroom etc, please note that not all changes will work but we will always do our best to give you exactly what you require.
